Job Description: As a Technical Manager with proven experience you will be part of Integrations team and play a critical role by delivering great customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and customer success, to deliver best in class user-centric solutions. Responsibilities: Managed 10+ people. The Person must have strong technical skills in any language such as Java, .Net, Python / R. Individual must have worked on multiple Customer Engagements at any given point of time and have a strong delivery record. Person should possess Strong Communication Skills and having part of any client meetings / discussions is an added advantage. Required Skills: Prior Product Development Experience (Working in a Product Company or have worked in any Product Company in the past) Strong Technical Skills in any Language (Java / .NET / Python / C++) Experience in working on APIs is a must. Experience on Python is an added advantage. Strong Problem Solving / Design Skills Experience on Integration(s) between multiple systems is an added advantage. Code Reviews Project(s) Management: Worked & Managed Multiple Customer Projects at any given point of time Part of Professional Services Org and an SME in the Product / Application and Technical Design / Architecture Team Management Skills Part of Team Appraisals & Objective Goal(s) Setting Requirements: · Bachelor's or Master's degree Our Promise: Exposure to all things HR!
