Job Description
The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Developing new customers for Motor Controller (2W/ LCV customer segment)
- Identifying with and contacting new customers (Auto OEM)
- Working with the R&D teams and convincing them on the technical value proposition
- Arranging successful lab and field trials
- Negotiating prices and terms
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Strong network in Auto OEMs (Procurement / Engineering)
- Sales and business development experience in the Auto Component industry (experience in EV space preferred)
- A proven track record in Business Development and on-boarding large auto OEMs (2W / 3W / LCV / HCV)
- High drive and enthusiasm to make a difference.
