Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Multiple Locations in India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to new potential clients and managing existing clients. They will be required to identify client needs, offer appropriate NIIT School ERP Solution, and negotiate contracts. The Sales Associate will work closely with the marketing team and report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibility

1) To create & Implement Business Plan for meeting Sales, Revenue and Collection targets for "School ERP “in allocated Territory

2) Focus on sales of “School ERP” in the identified territory

3) Analyse market trends, tracking competition activities, customer interactions & feedback on Product

4) Build rapport with the existing customers in the territory

5) Account Management for Large and Premium accounts

6) Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos

7) To appoint, manage & drive /motivate and generate biz thru channel partners

8) Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system.

7) Well versed with Technology/ IT Apps….."Hands-on" in Microsoft applications, PowerPoint usage etc..

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Aptitude for sales Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships Self-motivated and driven Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in School ERP.
