Job Overview 

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our tech team. You should be able to identify and resolve client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Besides, you should be able to maintain a record of your interactions with clients. 

As a Client Servicing Executive, you should own excellent communication skills and have strong listening skills. Also, you should be able to display calm composure at all times. Moreover, you should provide guidance and support to team members as and when required. Also, you should be able to fulfill monthly/yearly revenue and departmental targets. 

To perform in this job role, you should good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Furthermore, you should be highly motivated and able to work in a team as well as independently. Your ability to provide in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services will be beneficial.

Responsibilities 

· Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person 

· Identifying and resolving client queries 

· Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications 

· Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with clients 

· Ensuring to respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner 

· Providing clients with relevant information on the services offered by the company 

· Identifying and making promotional/marketing offers to potential clients 

· Achieving the monthly/yearly revenue targets (Tentative)

· Performing on-site visits (if any)

· Drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions mentioned in the client service agreement 

Requirements 

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field 

· Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Executive or a Client Service Representative 

· Familiarity with Websites and App Development technologies 

· Familiarity with processes within the Ad Agencies for driving the tech department

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

· Good time management and organizational skills 

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

· Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual 

· Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations 

· Good listening skills 

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively
