Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading the platform taskforce, ensuring they achieve the desired results with high quality standards. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the taskforce in tasks related to field sales, marketing, recruiting, and telecalling.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Capability in training and coaching
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, recruiting, or telecalling is beneficial but not required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
