Job description
Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of Specification of Raw, Packing, In process & Finished products. Preparation of Standard Test Procedure for Raw, Packing, In process & Finished products. Reporting of Incidence, Out of Specification and Out of Trend results observed during analysis. Preparation of Certificate of Analysis (COA). Preparation & review of stability study protocols/reports, Hold Time study protocol/reports, Qualification protocol/reports as per procedure. Instrument testing. To analysis the samples of Raw material, Packing material & Finished Product and maintain its related documents. On line inspection & release of Finished Goods through “IPQC” & “PDI” respectively, in Production. To handle the ref STD & working standard and maintain the related documents. Documentation knowledge. Monthly report preparation. Instrument Handled: HPLC (WATER MANUAL 2489 ) HPLC Shimadzu Auto sampler LC PDA Detector. GC (Thermo Scienctific Cers 800& 1000) NETEL, GC NUCON 5700 GC SHIMADZU (2014) Auto Sampler) GC ALIGENT (7820 A & 7820 AUTO Sampler). UV SPECTOPHOTOMETER SHIMADZU (1800) KF (VEEGO) CENTRIFUGE (SCIENCE TECH) pH METER VISCOMETER (VEEGO) BRUSTING STRENGTH MACHINE (SCIENCE TECH ) MELTING POINT INSTRUMENT LOSS ON DRYING ANALYSER (METTLER) Education Qualification: Msc Organic Chemistry Experience : 5+ years in Agrochemical Industry.
