Janitorial services including cleaning of internal & external areas and ensure a upkeep of the facilities for smooth business operations of Concentrix,
Management of all electro-mechanical installations including AMC and periodic maintenance of the assets to ensure 99.99% uptime, facilitating zero downtime to Concentrix business operations,
Work with the site teams in supporting all internal & external movement with record keeping,
Asset Management as per defined SOPs and ensure period physical verifications and submission of reports,
Finance Management in supporting Concentrix team towards supplier invoice validation and processing,
Landlord management at sites including upkeep of the external areas and uptime of the high side assets including power systems, air-conditioning systems, etc,
Responsible for site statutory and regulatory compliances including environmental records,
Responsible 24x7 Helpdesk facility to always attend to all complaints / requests from Concentrix staff. Services include receive, co-ordinate, monitor and closure of all user requests / complaints covering all Facility Management related services including Janitorial, Engineering & Administrative matters,
Responsible for mail room management including deployment of suitable skilled and qualified personnel to support services covering internal and external mail including but not limited to Mail Collection / Delivery, Incoming / Internal Mails, Management of Mail Network, Urgent Distribution, Delivery Services, Courier Services
Engagement with the local suppliers to ensure zero pests in the sites and keep them always sanitized,
Inventory management and timely ordering of materials to avoid any stock out of any goods / services.
Follow the company s policy in creating Purchase orders and timely closure of financial accruals. Work with the leadership in preparing annual budget, quarterly & monthly forecast for timely submission to Finance. Ensure the revenue vs expenses are controlled as per the financial target.
Responsible for the overall building and facilities maintenance (Reliability, Performance, Cost)
Liaise with Service Provider team to review weekly/monthly staffing levels, KPIs, peak season/holiday planning and productivity.
Reporting to Management teams on weekly / monthly KPI and SLA
Oversee energy spent and ensure continuous improvement in reducing carbon footprint to the organization.
Engage in internal / external audits (including customer audit) and ensure all controls are managed and presented appropriately to avoid any non-conformities.
Technical Audits for all installations at periodical intervals
Manage capital / critical installations including preventative & predictive maintenance as assigned for the facility through suppliers and subcontracted services.
Manage communication emergencies that arise and affect services provided by Real Estate Facility Management
Analyze site needs and develop plans, BOQ and specifications, as desired from time to time.
To provide operational and administrative support to the Facility Management team assigned.
Use initiative and creativity in the performance of Integrated Facility Management Operations and assist the team in implementing more efficient work practices.
Manage the Desk level Standard Operating Procedure for all Technical service areas and ensure 100% compliance.
Partner with the Landlord management teams in ensuring all building compliances are updated with 100% compliance.
Partner with the internal and supplier stakeholders to ensure all site related technical compliances are updated with 100% compliance.
