Job description
Your Role:
Analysis of documentation for Construction activities: identify specific requirements, possible deviations, and risks.
C l ari f icati o n of scope of E r e ction/Co mm i ss io n i n g/Maintenance/Refurbishment ac t i v ities to e x e c u ti o n team i n clu d i n g M & E subco n tr a ct o r w ith r e sp e ct to c on tr a ct.
Participation in preparation of DOW with Partners for E r e ction/Co mm i ss io n i n g/ Maintenance/ Refurbishment activities.
Lead the constructability reviews.
Responsible for Review of Technical Documentation and Erection Subcontracting / partnership agreements.
Updating and maintaining a comprehensive and reliable database to be used for future projects & progress calculation.
Updating of progress in calculation tools for erection work
Detail responsibilities in case of modularization
Co-ordination of all project-involved parties regarding BOQ and erection specifications
Lead & engage in technical reviews & strategy meetings.
Continuous updating and monitoring of all BOQs.
Prepare / update Standard Erection Procedures for FGD/WSC/ROP mechanical equipment.
Construction Support:
Briefing of site supervisors and personnel during their preparation of the activity
Collect site experience feedback (as erected quantities) and feed back to tendering and execution department.

Required Qualifications
Bac h e lor ’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering app r o p ria t e t o th e t e c hn ical a cti v ity i nv ol v e d
4-7 y e ar s ’ ex p e r i e n ce in Powe r Pla n t of c ap a c ity 500 MW / c o n stru c ti o n site w ith Kn o wled g e o f
K n o w l ed g e o f F G D pr o ce s s & s y s te m .
