Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai

L2: Minimum 5 years L3: Minimum 7 years

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with proven experience in Technical Assistance Center (TAC) operations within the networking domain. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate expertise in packet-level troubleshooting. Knowledge of Arista equipment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support within the networking domain, focusing on protocols such as VPC, Nexus 9k, ACL, routing and switching, including spanning tree. Monitor and optimize Arista setups daily, managing configurations and feature settings. Conduct upgrades, including OS patching and vulnerability management for Arista devices. Integrate new Arista switches into existing infrastructure, assisting in initial hardware/software troubleshooting. Develop action plans for updates, patches, and bug fixes as required. Maintain documentation, updating high-level and low-level designs, including diagrams. Implement automation solutions using available APIs in Arista platforms. Prepare and share reports regularly (daily/weekly/monthly). Collaborate with the Arista team to manage the product lifecycle of installed products.

Requirements : Thorough understanding of spine-leaf architecture, MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and other networking protocols and concepts. Experience with #vxlan , Arista, #DataCentre , #CiscoNexus, ACI, BGP, OSPF, MPBGP. BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field. Additional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA are advantageous.
