We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team at West Coast Pharmaceuticals Works Limited. As a Computer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring computer systems, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure. Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks
• Execute and schedule batch processing jobs
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
• Ensure system backups are performed regularly
• Monitor system performance and report any anomalies
• Follow company policies and procedures for data security and confidentiality
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements
• Assist other team members with IT-related tasks as needed
