Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Associate Professor at Prestige Institute in Indore in ALL areas of

Management such as Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Strategy and

International Business. The Associate Professor will be expected to teach courses, conduct research, publish scholarly articles, direct student research, advise and mentor students, serve on committees, participate in professional development, and contribute to the academic and administrative functions of the department as assigned.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Experience in teaching Human Resource Management courses
• Demonstrated research and publishing abilities
• Ability to direct and supervise student research
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the department and university's goals and mission
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment is desirable
• Experience in grant writing and research collaborations with industry and community partners is a plus
