For more information, visit Worley.com Technology Landscape Team Digital Consultant – I (Solution Development & Maintenance) Responsibilities Delivering services and solutions for Internal clients (Plant Engineering Professionals) using Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform based solutions satisfying customer requirements. Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent) Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills along with the basic engineering knowledge. Keep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate; outputs will include data visualization, data transformation and low code applications Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications. Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement Other Tasks And Responsibilities As Assigned Assists in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, including custom developed, off-the-shelf, and/or hosted solutions. Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle Adept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers. Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive interaction and solution delivery to the internal clients. Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions. Core Skills: Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Data Verse (CDS), Power Automate. Knowledge of other languages and techniques are preferred such as Python, C#, SQL, .Net Experience with and a good understanding of the Power Platform CoE and governance components. Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams. Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, math, analytical and problem-solving skills. Integrates knowledge and skills from other specialties to address moderate to complex work assignments and problems. Supports technology applications by exploring and adapting to changing technologies. Independently applies technical judgment to work assignments to achieve desired outcomes. Proactively verifies problem resolution. Independently resolves routine and non-routine problems. Performs diagnostics on assigned software and/or hardware. Makes suggestions for technical modifications to prevent future problems. Oversee and facilitate the work of others (Developers and other analysts) in support of the project execution process. Provide guidance and support the users in their efforts to become proficient in the use of the applications. Consults with Internal clients and higher- level technicians and analysts to resolve technical problems and ensure client satisfaction. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields from Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical Engineering. 1-2 Years of related work experience. Experience in designing complex common data models. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts. Experience in using OOTB connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate. Will be proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft's wave plans. Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Data verse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model. Knowledge and experience with writing technical requirements, test scripts and knowledge of software programming languages and technologies.
