Job description
STRATEGY:
- To develop and implement business plans and all related sales strategies in order to achieve, maintain and ensure a stable, continuous and profitable growth as per Business Plan agreed annually with the Sales Head
- Analyze the territory in order to grasp and tackle all the relevant aspects linked to the possible applications of the product
- Have a technical knowledge about products and services related to be offered to dealers, architects, final customers and colleagues.
SALES & MARKETING:
- To build and manage a solid sales distribution network including retailers, contractors, wholesalers, distributors while keeping in mind the particular and important features of the territory
- To promote the Company’s products with Architects and Designers community
- Create visibility to product range by setting show rooms/corners onto selected customers and organizing events and training
- Maintain a strong relation with the key accounts and designers/architects especially when important or prestigious projects are to be tackled
- Have a technical knowledge about products and services related to be offered to dealers, architects, final customers and colleagues
FINANCE:
- To be able to draw and implement a Budget for each market area
- To ensure collection of payments on time and to agree sales conditions by writing and in accordance to with guidelines from Sales Head
SKILLS:
- A minimum 7 to 10 years experience in managing network of agents/dealers/architects
- Previous experience in Foreign Companies, better if Italian or European (preferably brand oriented)
- Be preferably local resident
- Strategic thinker on all levels with an ability to leverage resources to maximize efficiency
- A professional driven by profit
- Highly energetic, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- In depth knowledge of the distribution network of (in order of importance):
- glass mosaic
- bathroom fittings/fixtures/ furniture and ceramic tiles
- top level kitchen design /fixtures
- luxury interior decoration
- decoration
- natural stone, ceramics, wood, fixtures, wellness
