Job Role-Assistant Manager Experience- 7+ Years Location- Hyderabad Work from Office
Job Description Should be working as Assistant Manager Should be able to handle a Team of 100 in different shifts as ‘Assistant Manager’ and responsible for team SLA’s ( TAT, Production, Quality ) Should have good skills in Quality management, Product management & Process management Strong experience on measures taken for Productivity, Quality & Performance Allocate the work to the team and drive delivery as per the quality standards Able to handle team, mentoring and monitoring Should have experience on Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly Should have excellent communications skills Should have experience in Bottom Quartile Management, so to have necessary measures in place Customer service / technical support experience, or exhibits keen instincts for providing high-quality customer service / technical support Strong research and analytical skills; adept at using a variety of online sources in English; additional non- English language skills are desired, as available GIS training / skills (preferred but not required ) Mapping Experience is a Good to have Job Responsibilities Capacity Planning for the team Effort Estimation for regular work assignments and tracking progress, so not to miss on SLA’s. Should be able handle large data sets and Develop analysis reports for WBR, MBR, and QBR on Operational SLAs Must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively Proactive and able to act on tasks in a timely manner Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processesJob tags
