Senior Engineer (2B)

1. Develop proposals with Proficiency in seat assembly design / engineering using CAD
2. Execute PLM releases for projects and manage change process independently
3. Execute Bill of Material for seat assembly / parts
4. Develop / Execute Hand calculations to support simulations
5. Apply GD&T and Execute Tolerance stack analysis
6. Apply knowledge of DFA / DFM / Tooling
7. Apply knowledge on Materials / Welding
8. Apply Knowledge of Materials and Welding guidelines
9. Analyze of Customer / Program Specific Requirements on DVP
10. Understanding of Seat testing Requirements-Regulatory & Non-Regulatory
11. Evaluate & support Seat Testing
12. Understanding Lear process for seat validation / Lear Profile
13. Study CAE reports of seat/parts performance
14. Train / Mentor minimum 2 Engineers for Product design and CAD skills
15. Provide regular updates / challenges to Project leader / Supervisor for decision making
