Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor: 2-6 Years
Experience Job Description for Admission Counsellor (Overseas) Key Roles & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive counselling to students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships for Canada/ Australia/ UK/ USA, etc.. Provide counselling to the leads of all resources and ensure high rate of conversion. Should have in-depth knowledge and experience of dealing in the required formalities and documentation concerning the applicants profile including visa, country-specific health insurance, etc. Responsible for complete sales funnel management, maintaining all the students enquiries, follow up with the students, solving their queries and complete enrolment/admission process. Representing company during International Education Fairs. Be flexible and able to meet individual needs by providing person-specific attention. Reliable & Good at hitting deadlines. Good communication and influencing skills along with sales attitude. Focus on imparting knowledge to the applicants. Should be able to do short-listing universities based on students profile. Ability to multi-task under pressure and achieve targets. Qualification & Skills Bachelors degree in any related field may be preferred Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience Country wise knowledge . Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and Power-point Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively Highly organized with a distinct propensity for timeliness and professionalism Female Candidates Preferred Skills: communication,counselling,documentation,excel,microsoft,queries,salesJob tags
