Job Description: Peoplesoft L1 Support

We are seeking L1 Support Engineers, having experience in PeopleSoft Finance Domain, to work with our Digital Enterprise Solutions team.
What will be your job / Challenges to be handled
As part of this team, you will be responsible for PeopleSoft L1 Support which includes supporting the end user activities in different streams under Finance domain.
You will get to work together with colleagues from all over the world to support them on challenging projects for international business that is spread worldwide.
Your key success factors
Experience: 1-4 Years
Education: Bachelor of Commerce / Engineering / MBA with Finance Background
Candidate should have experience in General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Billing, Travel and Expense and Asset Management.
Should have good exposure to functional process flows of People Soft tool.
Should be ready to work in 18.5 rotational shift (24.7 during closing)
Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand the issues.
Perform Queue Management and handover activities to following shift. Reporting to Team Lead.
Investigate and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Document knowledge (KB).
Proficient in SQL.
Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.
Team Player and able to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Good Time Management and pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements.
