Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Azure Practice aligned with the organization's overall goals.

Provide leadership in defining and implementing Azure best practices and standards.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of Azure architects, engineers, and consultants.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.

Client Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing Azure solutions that align with their objectives.

Collaborate with the P & A team to drive business development, including pre-sales support and client presentations.

Service Delivery

Oversee the successful delivery of Azure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Monitor and optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise

Stay abreast of the latest Azure technologies, trends, and best practices.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Financial Management

Develop and manage the Azure Practice budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance.

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization within the practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (20 + years) in a leadership role within an Azure-focused practice or similar environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, infrastructure, and solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, etc.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
