Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous AVP to play a significant role in managing staff, winning new clients, and
overseeing the bookkeeping operations. The AVP's responsibilities include overseeing internal operations,
helping to build strong customer relationships, maximizing the team's operating performance, and helping
to achieve the company's financial goals thereby keeping the client content. To be a successful AVP, you
should be innovative with strong leadership and managerial skills. You should be a self-starter, and build,
motivate, and manage a team.
Responsibilities
• Assist the organization and the management by incorporating strategic methodologies to align the
company's overall vision, mission, and values.
• Lead and manage the daily operations of the bookkeeping processes and its continued business
growth.
• Coordinate with the US team to ensure seamless delivery.
• Assisting in maximizing the company's operating performance and achieving its financial goals.
Attending meetings with the board of directors and updating them on the performance information
of our bookkeeping services.
• Develop long-range forecasts and maintain a long-range business plan for the services 247Digitize
offers.
• Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of the associates, leads, and managers and
ensuring a healthy working environment.
• Contributing to sales innovations, strategic business development, and increasing the profitability
of the services we offer by working on the strategic goals.
• Evaluating the success of the company in achieving its goals and formulating plans to correct any
issues if the company is not achieving its goals.
• Having a thorough understanding and awareness of competitors, evaluating new opportunities,
enhancing customer value, and implementing industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
▪ Preferred CA, CPA with experience of working with North American markets.
▪ 7-10 years of leadership experience in service delivery roles
▪ Working knowledge of general accounting and US GAAP
▪ Working knowledge of accounting software such as Quickbooks, Zoho, Fresh Books, or other.
▪ Strong communication and team management skills
▪ Innovative
▪ Confident and goal oriented
