At least 6+ years of experience with minimum of 3+ years of experience in supporting Manhattan Associates' WMos/Active projects Experience of working in an ITIL environment, understanding how the end to end processes work across the organisation. Good understanding of WMS systems, (ideally Manhattan Active ) configuration and maintenance. Responsibilities: Supporting the testing and release updates to the Manhattan Active WMS applications- To provide technical support of WMS incidents, including detection, recording, analysis and the resolution of major incidents received via phone, email, intranet and walk-up To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house, or to attend remote sites when needed to resolve IT issues. To work closely with the internal third line support teams to resolve issues and improve our overall support capability.Job tags
