Job description
We are looking for DevOps Engineer with 7 years for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.
Key Skills: Docker Kubernetes DevOps CI/CD Gitlab Linux.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Proposes new solutions based on research and synthesis of best practices and able to functionally support the CI/CD processes of the development team.
Proactively learns new solutions and processes to address possible blockers or problems in product teams.
Support and improve tooling for continuous build automated testing and release management.
Ability to build maintain and run workloads on Kubernetes orchestration systems using docker.
Knowledge and practical experience of cloud tooling and best practices
Profile build processes and identify bottlenecks.
Demonstrate expertise in writing scripts to automate tasks.
Implements Continuous Integration/Deployment build principles.
Provide expertise in quality engineering test planning and testing methodology for a software project.
Build and maintain documentation related to building processes and product environmental configurations.
Demonstrates a passion and drive for selfimprovement of technical skillsets.
Responsible for automating the deployment process of cloudbased applications.
Responsible for maintaining the integration of CI/CD pipelines with SAST/SCA/DAST tools.
Responsible for estimating and planning the CI/CD tasks.
Works very closely with the development teams to ensure the integrity of each release.
Maintains source control branches.
Proactively engages with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills and best practices.
Professional Technical Experience: 4 Years
Docker Experience: 1 Years
Professional Technical Experience: 5 Years
Kubernetes Experience: 2 Years
BE/BTech/MTech in ECE /Computer Science /EEE /IT or MCA.
2 Years of experience in DevOps CI/CD activities especially in Java based systems.
Experienced in DevOps Domain with work done in Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment Release Automation and Management Environment Management.
Familiarity with maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab.
Familiarity in administering version control systems such as Git etc. with understanding of branching/merging models in Git.
Exposure to Agile methodology and working with Agile development teams.
Support and improve tooling for continuous build automated testing and release management.
Desired:
Linux Experience: 4 Years
Python Shell or Bash Scripting Experience: 2 Years
Good to have experience with AWS Kubernetes EKS Docker.
Good to have exposure to SAST and Security tools like SonarQube.
