Role and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to provide information about our organization and the services we offer
- Follow a script to effectively communicate key messages and answer any questions or concerns
- Identify customer needs and requirements through openended questions and actively listen to their responses
- Direct interested prospects to the appropriate department or individual for further assistance
- Input and update accurate customer information in our database for recordkeeping purposes
- Process orders promptly and accurately to ensure smooth transactions
- Handle customer grievances in a professional manner aiming to resolve issues and maintain our organizations reputation
- Strive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our organization
- Maintain detailed records of calls sales and any noteworthy information for future reference
Candidate Qualifications:
