Required Skillset

• The candidate should be well-versed in advanced off-page SEO methodologies like link-building, influencer collaboration, guest blogging, and content promotion.
• Profound knowledge of on-page SEO, such as keyword optimization, meta tags, title improvement, URL structure, user experience, and conversion rate optimization, is necessary.
• Must have relevant experience in team leadership, workflow organization, and project management.
• Should be capable of devising, articulating, and implementing successful SEO strategies for enhanced website performance and ranking.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication aptitude is required for articulate interactions with the team and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is a prerequisite for effective data analytics and reporting.
• Record-keeping ability and advanced skills in data reporting, with a clear understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, is a must.
• Should be able to conceptualize innovative solutions for achieving high quality and authoritative link-building.
• The capability to quickly identify and rectify issues impacting the SEO performance of the website is required.
• A proven track record in SEO showcasing improved SEO performance is crucial.

Job Description

• Guide the SEO team in applying best SEO practices to all online content.
• Oversee and manage SEO team's workflow to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved.
• Formulate effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Undertake keyword research for improving organic SEO rankings.
• Analyze SEO statistics, including traffic, ranking, clicks, and bounce rates.
• Establish systems and standards for optimizing all content for SEO.
• Design strategies and action plans for building high-quality, authoritative backlinks to our website.
• Monitor and assess search results and performance across major search channels.
• Execute data analysis to inform SEO strategy and provide enhancements.
• Regularly track and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
• Present detailed reports and insights to the team and stakeholders.
• Communicate SEO strategies and results to the team, clients and stakeholders in a clear, precise manner.
• Work in collaboration with other departments, such as content, design, and development, to manage SEO strategy.
