Responsibilities: AI System Development: Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance system functionalities. Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and preprocess data to ensure its suitability for AI model training. Machine Learning: Develop and implement machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and other AI-related tasks. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Apply NLP techniques to extract meaningful insights from unstructured data sources, such as text documents and speech. Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and data scientists, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and contribute to the organization's innovation by proposing and implementing new ideas. Documentation: Document code, models, and methodologies to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks. Experience with NLP libraries and tools is a plus. Familiarity with deep learning techniques and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
