About Company:
Our client is a new-age, AI-based document processing startup based out of India. Location: Remote Compensation: Up to 20-30 LPA (fixed compensation) Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (IT or Computer Science) Must have: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Python (data structures, numpy, pandas etc), Django, RabbitMQ, Nginx etc. Must have: Knowledge of Object-oriented programming Must have: 1-2 years of experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, NLP, document intelligence, automated document auditing Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the team Ready to take up ambiguous research tasks and take those to completion Key Responsibilities: Understand the requirements, proactively pull items from backlog, design, develop, test, and troubleshoot to solve for the requirements. Writing effective, scalable code Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance Implement and enhance intelligent document classification, data capture and postprocessing/ transformation solutions to streamline document processing Integrating code with the product, ability to work with a version control system Improve functionality of existing systems Understand & analyze project requirements and work on those to deliver timely results Participate in sprint planning and execution. Contribute to brainstorming sessions by bringing new ideas to the table Raise issues and risks as soon as those are encountered. Seek help and participate in brainstorming sessions to resolve these issues/ risks Ready and able to interact with the clients without supervision, if the situation demands Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
