JOB ROLE &; RESPONSIBILTY - Recruiting New Financial Advisor & Agency Associate Partner.
- Responsible for clearing the exam of 1C33.
- Build up your team with agent&/ advisor from your own Open Market/ Contact/ Social
Media Contacts.
- Making new license for the company.
- Providing product knowledge.
- Responsible for training to Financial Advisor.
- Train, motivate & mentor the sales team.
- To ensure the fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization.
- Company Requirement: 1 Agent should be hired in 1Month. (6 Agents in 6 Months)
- Train & develop them for sales of Insurance of the company where you are hired.
- It's 50% Office job & 50% field sales job.
