The Role

As a Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers, as well as, stakeholder management. You will partner with leadership and their hiring teams at a strategic and tactical level. What You’ll Do

• Personally manage a portfolio of job requisitions, including end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for critical roles within the company
• Partner with leadership to design and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. This includes lateral/experienced and campus specific recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent (career fairs, information sessions, student organization meetings, etc.).
• Continuously assess and improve the talent acquisition process to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, proactively advise on talent acquisition strategies, and establish strong relationships with internal partners.
• Use metrics and data to track and analyze the performance of the recruiting activity, and use those insights to make data-driven hiring decisions and continuously improve processes.
• Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations in India, ensuring all recruitment activities are in full compliance with legal requirements

Who You Are

• Experience working on tech and non-tech positions for a high-growth company at scale.
• You approach working with candidates and hiring teams as a trusted adviser, delivering white-glove service to everyone you partner with
• Proactive and demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks.
• Are a self-aware and clear communicator with emotional intelligence towards the people with whom you work. You are innovative, creative, and constantly looking for ways to find top talent.

• Demonstrable track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume, and connect them to the right opportunity.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience.
