Reporting To: Director Partnerships and Communication; will work closely with the
Director & team.

Responsibilities:
Fundraising and Donor Management
- Researching and identifying potential funding opportunities from existing and new funding sources
- Work with the teams to manage donor relationships, across major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate, institutional funders
- Manage fundraising events, with the support of the wider team as required
- Manage outreach materials and fundraising collateral
- Create proposals for programs with inputs from the Director and the Program team and follow up until closure.
- Ensure a smooth due diligence process with donors.
- Plan and manage ongoing donor stewardship activities.
- Grant reporting in an effective, prompt and accurate manner.
- Tracking of funds raised with channel bifurcations and creating reports for data management and analysis to set the organizational target
- Update and maintain donor database and activity documentation based on classifications, CSR policies, area mapping, and applicable CSR and regulatory policies
Others
- Managing payment gateway channels, crowdfunding, and running volunteer programs to increase the revenue of unrestricted amounts through innovative fundraising ideas.
- Liaising and partneringwith fundraising agencies to expand fundraising activities
- Making fundraising reports and data compilation for all channels
- Work in collaboration with Programs, Administration & Finance Team
- Support the executive team with other tasks as may be assigned
Skills and Qualities
- Experience in securing funding for charitable or NGO activities from a variety of funding streams (desired)
- Total work experience of 5+ years; exposure to the social sector / directly in an NGO (preferred)
- Skilled in business development/sales(preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Excellent personal contacts and connections with potential major donors and supporters
- Any graduate/post-graduate - management education preferred
- Exposure to MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and basic number crunching would be of value
