We have an opening for the post Admin Executive cum EA for one of the reputed Company in plastic and polymer industry.

Designation : Admin Executive cum EA

Job Location: Chembur(E)

Qualification: Any Graduate

 

Gender: Female

 

Salary: up to 25 k

 

Experience:3 -5 Years

Age: 26-30

Candidate’s Profile:

Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English

• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Prior experience as Executive Assistant, Admin or HR Assistant
• Graduate degree from reputed and recognized University in India

 

 

Job Responsibility:

Acting as point of contact between management and employees in other teams

• Maintain calendar, plan appointments and organize meetings
• Handle phone correspondence, and drafting emails and letters
• Sort and distribute incoming email communication, and other correspondence
• Greet visitors and prepare conference room in advance of meeting
• Record minutes of meeting and organize meetings records
• Maintain physical and digital records in organized manner, and propose ways to

improve current filing systems

• Make travel arrangements such as international flight/hotel reservations, and visa

applications

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel records for international client visits

and other important meetings
