Community Manager
Your role in detail
1. Work with the Account manager & central community and understand the needs and
develop execution plans that meet their objectives within the given budget.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with students and stakeholders like wardens,
caretakers etc to enhance residents' experience and increase the visibility of the community
experiences .
3. Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership, negotiate and manage contracts,
and develop joint marketing strategies.
4. Oversee all aspects of event production, including but not limited to vendor management,
venue selection, décor, audio/visual, catering, transportation, and security.
5. Manage on-site event operations to ensure a successful and memorable experience for all
guests.
6. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event planning process or on the day of
the event.
7. Maintain positive relationships with all vendors and suppliers to secure preferential
treatment and pricing.
8. Proactively identify opportunities to improve event planning processes and make recommendations to senior management.
9. Drive app downloads and increase social media followers to boost community engagement.

What qualifications can enhance the chances of shortlisting
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
● 2+ years experience planning and executing events, with increasing responsibility
● Proven track record of successful event management from start to finish
● Outstanding communication and presentation skills
