To realise this mission, we are building a community of experts and that is where your role as a Community Manager will come into picture. As a Community Executive , you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and nurturing a thriving community of health and wellness experts that include certified nutritionists,dieticians, functional medicine practitioners, health coaches, and doctors. Your goal is to create an environment where experts can share their knowledge , participate in meaningful discussions, and contribute to Origins Nutra's mission while elevating their own practice by seamlessly integrating Origins Products into their day to day recommendation. Key Responsibilities Help in devising communication strategies to acquire and convert experts through various acquisition channels like Meta ads, Emailers, Whatsapp Marketing & Online Events. Ideate and execute plans to retain and engage the existing community of health and wellness experts. Regularly organise webinars, initiate discussions, and encourage knowledge sharing among community members. Serve as the main point of contact for community members, ensuring clear and timely communication. Regular Follow ups with experts, attending daily queries, providing solutions in coordination with inhouse experts. Monitor and report on community engagement and sentiment, devising strategies for improvement as necessary. Collaborate closely with our marketing and product development teams, using community insights to guide content creation and product development. Requirements : Bachelor's/Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in community management, preferably in the health supplement industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences and to engage professionally with experts at all levels. Ability to build strong relationships with health professionals and effectively translate their feedback into product requirements.. Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver assignments adhering to timelines Knowledge of CRM Tools & Softwares Solid project management abilities, including prioritization, planning, and execution. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage virtual and in-person events, such as meetings and webinars. Familiarity with social media platforms and community management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A passion for the industry and a genuine interest in fostering connections within the community and in making a positive impact on people’s lives This role is integral to our organization as it bridges the gap between Origins Nutra. As our Community Executive, your work will directly influence our product development, content creation, and overall brand credibility. Starting Salary: 2.75-3.25 lakh per annum , Location: Remote We believe in a fair compensation policy for everyone, the range is set based on market standards. At Origins, we don't do yearly performance reviews, but rather Monthly reviews, and based on the impact and contributions compensation is automatically adjusted. Everything is truly based on merit.
