Job Description:-

Amazon and brand.com Customer Experience Management

1) Setting up NPS (Net Promoter score) for the website & improving the same. 2) Setting up Live assistant, Q&A, ratings improvement on Amazon 3) Owning the customer experience to charter for brand.com and marketplaces

Products manager and funnel management 1) Collaborate with cross- functional teams, leveraging technology, user experience, and data analytics to optimize product performance. 2) Daily / Weekly and Monthly business funnel reports.

Monitoring of the order management Ensure TAT maintenance. a) Order Processing b) Dispatch c) Delivery by collaborating with team

Monitoring the customer complaint. Ensure the resolution of complaints by involving other stakeholders.
