Job Description:

  NutaNXT is looking for a Senior LinkedIn Marketing Specialist with 3-6 years of relevant marketing experience at a Data, AI, Digital Engineering or SaaS company and an aspiration to grow and make an impact in the data-driven marketing and performance marketing sphere.

 

· You will be responsible for leading the company’s LinkedIn branding strategy and scale-up our execution to bring in a data-driven performance marketing approach

· You are someone who thrives on crafting compelling brand stories, understanding buyer personas and how to

· market to specific target audiences and can build and execute successful marketing campaigns within our target audience

· You must have a proven track record of delivering LinkedIn marketing and branding objectives and targets by driving relevant metrics and marketing performance across various dimensions such as brand awareness, Thought Leadership, events, demand generation, corporate communications, employer branding, etc.

· You must have experience auditing, reviewing and creating high quality digital content and assets for LinkedIn and or email or other Digital marketing campaigns

· Proficiency in related marketing areas such as website management, SEO, and Google Analytics,

· Must have ability to build, plan, and   implement the overall digital marketing strategy

· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives and business goals

 

Key Role Responsibilities :

 

· Create and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to drive brand awareness, engagement, etc.

· Responsible for building field marketing plans right from conceptualizing, planning and executing of Go-to market campaigns, Conduct extensive internet research for accurate facts and statistics in articles

and blogs

· Specialized experience in scaling LinkedIn Marketing and/Email Campaigns is a plus. Develop an implementation model and strategy to optimize and integrate CRM processes of the organization to improve the sales & marketing lead cycle

· Content creation for LinkedIn and email marketing campaign. Conduct comprehensive website and content audits and provide critical insights for content

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continuously improve campaign performance

· Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms, to maximize ROI

· Monitor and manage website performance, including SEO, SEM, and user experience, to drive traffic and conversions. Responsible for Employee Branding initiatives and go-to person for senior management media profiling

· Perform regular thorough website audits to identify and discover content, technical, usability, and
performance issues that impact search engine visibility

· Manage organic social media, including ownership for monthly content and conferences/events calendars, etc.

· Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at
the forefront of industry developments

 

Key Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or a related field

· Familiar with relevant marketing tools: G Suite, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Hubspot, Mailchimp, ChatGPT, Canva, Figma, Power Platform, Hootsuite, APN Portal, Wordpress, Inshot, Windows Movie Maker, Creative Studio

· Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, including client management and social media management

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics

· Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and familiarity with social media management tools

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders

· Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions

· Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results
