Position : PPC Engineer or Production Engineer(PPC)
Job Location : Patan (Mehsana) - Gujarat

Job Requirement :
BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with 02 years of experience in Managing & Regulating production Plan and MIS preparation for PPC and to maintain Finished Goods Stocks in warehouse as per norms
Job Role :
To prepare weekly production plan (machine wise, model wise) in coordination with Process engineer”
To track and monitor plan vs actual on daily basis and to do necessary changes to meet FG stocking norms”
To regulate number of production runs on furnace in coordination with production"
To release daily pallet requirement to pallet yard to ensure empty pallet availability for production line
To plan machine maintenance, ECNs, New models production as per monthly plan released by process engineer- PPC
To ensure on time updation of control sheets, Oracle to release reports on time "
To ensure adherence to WMS procedures
To ensure on time and accurate production note generation and movement of FG to warehouse to ensure the FG stocks (OE) are maintained as per norms
To ensure on time execution of OE spares, AFM
To ensure on time execution of OE spares, AFM & exports
