We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multimedia Specialist with a strong emphasis on audio engineering and video editing. Responsibilities:

• Audio Production:

1. Handle the end-to-end audio production process, from recording and editing to final mixing and mastering.
2. Work collaboratively with content creators, directors, and producers to understand project goals and deliver high-quality audio content.

• Sound Design:

1. Create and implement innovative sound designs that enhance the storytelling and visual elements of our projects.
2. Ensure that the audio elements align seamlessly with the overall creative vision of each project.

• Video Editing:

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into a coherent and visually stunning final product.
2. Collaborate with the video production team to ensure a cohesive and engaging multimedia experience.

• Recording and Editing:

a. Conduct and oversee audio recording sessions, ensuring optimal sound quality.

b. Edit and clean audio recordings, removing any imperfections or unwanted elements.

• Mixing and Mastering:

1. Execute the mixing and mastering processes to achieve a balanced and polished final audio product.
2. Pay attention to detail in managing levels, dynamics, and spatialization to enhance the overall listening experience.

• Collaboration:

1. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including video producers, graphic designers, and content creators, to achieve cohesive and impactful multimedia projects.

• Technical Expertise:

1. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in audio and video technology.
2. Maintain and optimize audio and video equipment and software to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Sound Engineer or Multimedia Specialist with a focus on audio.
• Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Audacity, Adobe Audition).
• Basic video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere, Davinci resolve, or similar.
• Strong understanding of sound design principles and audio processing techniques.
• Familiarity with various audio and video equipment and recording technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for storytelling and a keen interest in contributing to projects with a patriotic and cultural focus.
