Create outline, and author responses to create a compelling story for the sections related to standard company information
Co-ordinate with multiple teams to source and consolidate relevant information pertaining to project pursuits
Assist the Pursuit Manager in developing and managing opportunity pursuit plans, response structure, schedules, and milestones
Maintain compliance matrix against the RFI/PQQ/RFP requirements
Manage proposal documents and the flow of information to and from proposal participants, including managing the CRM site, and monitoring document version control
Set up meetings for proposal draft reviews
Create a knowledge repository, reusable artifacts and maintain it for the latest and greatest data
Formate and package the final response document for submission.
Qualifications
A BA/BS degree with a specialization in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must have or be able to develop proficiency in InDesign software. Graphic skills are a plus
Should be an expert in drafting sections like resumes, project team performance, and value which requires creative writing.
