Job Description Counsellor/Business Development Executive

# Counsel /Advice Aspirants according to their Background

# Mentor them to take the particular Modules which suits their Profile or Domain

# Give them the Confidence level to Build their Career in Respective Modules

# Attend calls from / Call back Customers for Training requests

# Create, update and track Training Sessions

# Handle Training operations

# Coordinate with Trainers

# Connect with customers via calls, emails, SMS, etc for smooth delivery of the booked item

# Provide smart solutions on the fly and deliver a great customer experience

# Take feedbacks

# We are on the look-out for young and energetic folks who are well versed in English both spoken and written, are passionate about creating a great experience for anyone they talk to, agile and fast-paced, familiar with Excel and, and can handle multiple channels of communication with ease.

Responsibilities And Duties
