Job description

EDUCATION : Any graduate

EXPERIENCE : 2 years or above

ROLE PURPOSE: The purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage the completion of consultancy or event agreements with our client, including gathering necessary information, setting up contracts and records, and ensuring timely execution in agreement with global/local compliance standards, as applicable.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite of tools

Experience supporting a complex process involving multiple stakeholders

Proven success in operating in a matrix team environment

Ability to support a high volume of projects simultaneously

Ability to communicate and collaborate across various entities of the organization

Experience working in the biopharmaceutical industry

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gathering all necessary information from stakeholders, drafting and routing of contracts through appropriate approval channels

Timely execution of contracts in line with agreed SLAs

Responsible for contract completion and accuracy as per compliance standards

Invoice creation and dissemination to relevant stakeholders

Collection of expense reports and invoices from external stakeholders, check for acceptability of invoice amounts based on local compliance standards; execute payments through SAP
