Digikull is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Admission Counselor to join our growing team. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process for our online courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help students achieve their educational goals and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide them with information about our online courses and programs.
- Assist students with the admissions process, including filling out applications and submitting required documents.
- Meet with students one-on-one to discuss their educational goals and provide guidance on course selection and program requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure that all necessary information has been submitted and that the admissions process is moving forward smoothly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract new students.
- Maintain accurate records of student information and admissions data.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals
- Familiarity with CRM software and other technology tools for managing student data and communication is a plus
