Job description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manger to join our company, Yolo HealthATM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various Logistics operation The Manager Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Logistics.
Responsibilities: · Coordinate and schedule shipments and deliveries. · Track and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. · Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels and records. · Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement and warehouse, to ensure timely and efficient operations. · Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to resolve any logistical issues. · Optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs · Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. · Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers and carriers. · Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics management. Requirements Requirements · Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Logistic operations management, · Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. · Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role. · Strong knowledge of logistics processes, regulations, and best practices. · Proficient in using logistics management software and systems. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Detail-oriented and highly organized. · Strong team player with the ability to work independently. · Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations is preferred. · Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates. · Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries. · Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers. · Good knowledge of E way bills and Deliver challan Why join us?
