Deputy Manager – Sales and Business Development

(Leather)- Testing Services

Experienced Professional with Focus on Revenue Growth, Strategic Partnerships, and Client Relationship Management.

Job Summary

We are actively seeking an experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise to join our team as Deputy Manager in Sales and Business Development. This role encompasses managing daily client interactions, driving strategic business growth, handling key client relationships, responding to pricing queries, and proactively making calls to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily face-to-face client meetings for relationship building.
  • Strategic market analysis and business development planning.
  • Lead generation and collaboration with Ops team.
  • Proactive calls to clients for relationship maintenance and identifying new opportunities.
  • Key client relationship management, including addressing pricing queries.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets with effective presentations.
  • Proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Market expansion initiatives and stakeholder relationship building.
  • Regular reporting on business development and sales metrics.

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets.

Candidates with experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) Industry will be preferred for this opportunity.
