This is a 5-day in office role located in Vadodra, India. Fully remote applicants will not be considered. 

• Create end-user and training manuals, installation guide, online help systems, and end-user reference contents.
• Create and edit product related documents and develop new ideas for web content
• Translate user information for both non-technical and technical audiences
• Collaborate with the functional teams and define functional information about the product
• Conduct necessary research through interviewing SMEs or studying existing materials to provide accurate and comprehensive documents

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Technical Writer II 

• Able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
• Can handle confidential and sensitive information discretely
• Can create, assimilate, and convey technical materials in a concise and effective manner
