We are seeking highly-skilled Chief of Staff to act as a strategic advisor, confidant, and facilitator.




As a Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the founder and act as a strategic advisor, confidant, and facilitator.


You will be expected to absorb knowledge like a sponge, navigate complexities with empathy and tact, and build trust among various stakeholders.


Additionally, youll be responsible for championing transformative "0 to 1" projects across corporate development, data analytics, and other verticals.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with tact and discretion.

· Strong track record of building and maintaining robust relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

· Highly proactive, with proven problem-solving skills and adaptability.

· Deep understanding of business operations and strategic planning.

Requirements

· Understanding the Founder: Collaborate closely with the founder to understand their strengths and weaknesses, prepare for leadership meetings, and function as a cohesive unit in group settings.

· Building Trust: Establish and foster strong relationships with leaders, promoting open dialogue, honest communication, and confidentiality.

· Navigating Complexities: Uphold ethics and integrity while providing sincere, astute recommendations without bias.

· Being an Enabler: Foster direct communication with the founder, ensuring a seamless flow of information.

· Private Dispute Resolution: Handle difficult conversations privately, avoiding negative surprises in public to maintain trust and team harmony.

· Future Planning and Intrapreneurship: Champion transformative initiatives across various verticals, leveraging a deep understanding of the companys vision.
