Job Description Summary: Responsible for supporting key commercial technologies and processes to improve sales productivity, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates commercial systems training (e.g., gathering training requirements, preparing slides, answering common user questions)
- Works closely with vendors to drive user adoption, troubleshoot issues, and improve user satisfaction.
- Communicates with and supports internal users.
- Prepares change requests (documentation), as needed.
- Prepares reports and dashboards, as needed.
- Re-engineers business processes, end-user training, and project delivery
- Salesforce Product Owner & Business Analyst with the ability to deliver global best best-practice solutions in the CRM Domain
Qualifications Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Knowledge of customer relationship management processes and principles.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes/principles and applicable industries.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong team orientation and customer service focus.
- Ability to effectively communicate cross-culturally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work with the highest levels of integrity and compliance.
- Track record of business analysis, conducting requirement gathering workshops
Education: Masters's degree in Business / IT or equivalent field and experience
Experience: 5 to 10 years
