Job description

Minimum Qualifications · Education & Experience o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university o 5+ years of experience gathering, refining, and managing business requirements – including at least one year doing so in support of Salesforce-based solutions. · Certifications

(at least) o None required.

Required Skills · 5+ years of experience gathering, refining, and managing business requirements – including at least one year doing so in support of Salesforce-based solutions. · Proven experience delivering quality outcomes in an Agile project management environment – including the ability to personally manage Agile project management platforms. · Proven ability to lead effective requirements gathering and refinement sessions. · Proven ability to proactively interpret, clarify, and refine business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, business use cases, and acceptance criteria. · Experience organizing business requirements into logical feature sets that can be delivered as individual packages. · Proven ability to properly test and validate delivered solutions against the original requirements. · Ability to actively listen during technical team discussions to ensure that what is being built meets the stated business requirements. · Experience helping to resolve identified data and processing issues. · Direct experience working with the Azure DevOps Agile project management toolset.

Value Add Skills

(desired but not required) · Experience building Salesforce-based custom applications to meet specific business needs. · Personal ability to make basic configuration changes in Salesforce (e.g., page layout changes) · Agile Project Manager experience. · Experience working as an Agile Product Owner – especially for a Salesforce-based application. · Experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst. · Experience running User Acceptance Testing programs. · Experience working in a Salesforce application as a savvy business user.
