Job description

Role/ Key Responsibilities

  1. Candidates must have proven experience 1-3 years of experience in the accounting and compliance KPO Industry
  2. Must have excellent knowledge of Business Development tools like Google Ads, SMM and LinkedIn social media management and lead generation
  3. Highly polished pitch/ Strong communication and presentation skills
  4. Excellent communication and Influencing Skills
  5. Strong business acumen, written and oral communication skills
  6. Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets
  7. Ability to work at speed and under pressure
  8. Candidate must have a commerce background and understand basics of accounting services
Key Requirements Specific Skills Required: LinkedIn lead generation, Google Ads, SMM, Sales Pitch drafting Detailed job responsibility individuals need to perform for this role :
  1. Increase Social Media engagements
  2. Increase Social Media presence
  3. Competitor analysis to decide the USPs - Conducting research on competitors’
products and services to identify opportunities for improving the company’s offerings. 4. Prepare Sales Pitch followed by presentation to the prospective clients 5. Lead Generation 6. Meeting with prospective clients to determine their needs and interests, identifying potential sales opportunities and recommending solutions 7. Assess and nurture new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind 8. Maintain strong and prosperous working relationships with key clients 9. Develop strategies with fresh initiatives to meet the revenue goal
