Job Title: Priority Banking Relationship Manager
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Acquiring, Growing, and Deepening Priority Banking Customer Relationships:
- Effectively manage relationships with Priority Banking customers to enhance their engagement and increase share of wallet.
- Analyze and address Priority Customers' financial and investment needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the Bank as the primary point of contact for high net worth customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing Priority Customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver professional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively manage the portfolio to minimize attrition and maintain stability.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of customer profiles, demographics, psychographics, and banking assets.
- Act as the primary liaison for High Net Worth customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Sales:
- Drive new business acquisition to meet predefined targets for customer acquisition, volumes, and revenue.
- Achieve product mix targets set by the organization.
- Onboard new customers referred by branches and direct sales teams, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maximize sales productivity to optimize the sales process efficiency.
- Meet cross-sell targets and execute aggressive sales strategies to acquire prospective customers through referrals.
- Implement approved contact plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of the customer base.
- Collaborate with the product team to organize customer events and enhance cluster engagement.
