YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct engaging sales presentations via Zoom for pre-qualified warm leads
- Guide prospective clients through our established sales process, identifying their needs, problems, pain and proposing optimal solutions
- Consistently exceed individual and team performance targets while adhering to key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement data-driven sales process enhancements, resulting in a % increase in conversion rates
- Maintain lead tracking and implement our nurturing process using CRM to maximize conversion opportunities and build lasting client relationships
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a sales representative role, ideally within the ed-tech industry.
- Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals through successful completion of a recognized sales training program.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and client relationship building.
- Service-Oriented: Commitment to providing amazing experience to prospects during sales conversations
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and at least one additional regional language
- Ed-Tech Sales Experience: Prior experience selling ed-tech or e-learning products to targeted audiences is highly preferred.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Continuous Learning: You have invested in self-development through additional training courses related to sales or personal development.
- CRM and Technology Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools like Google Sheets.
- Target Audience Expertise: Demonstrable success selling e-learning products specifically to parents.
MONTHLY INCOME POTENTIAL - INR 50,000 to INR 2,00,000 (BASE + INCENTIVES + BONUS)
