The Position is responsible for

Key Accounts Business Development for PV Module Sales

in

Western region

comprising of

Maharashtra , M.P [Except Gwalior Region] , Goa and eventually Gujarat.

The Candidate has to be B.E/B.Tech with 1st Class from a good College plus MBA with 12 -15 years of experience in Corporate Selling and Business Development for high value products. Sales

Experience for Selling of PV Modules is essential. The Inventory of Skills required is as under : Great verbal and written communication skills Multilingual – English , Hindi , Marathi(Mandatory) Presentation Skills for high impact Networking in Solar PV Industry Persuasion Skills Negotiation skills for techno-commercial closure Time Management Skills Problem Solving Kills Ability to handle objections The Attitude of the Candidate shall be : · Task Oriented · Self-Driven · Resilient and hard working · Hunger for achievement The Key Deliverables shall be : Sales & Business Development from Key Accounts Margin
