Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and direct the sales staff, as well as oversee recruiting, training, and performance management. - Create and carry out strategic sales strategy to exceed BFSI sector goals. - Develop solid customer connections and provide tailored financial solutions. - Maintain an awareness of industry developments, market circumstances, and rivals. - Sales team mentoring to enhance sales, product expertise, and service. - Present sales data, analytics, and areas for improvement. - Ensure that sales are in accordance with industry rules and corporate policy. - Actively respond to client comments to improve satisfaction. Qualifications : - A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a closely related discipline is required. MBAs are preferable. - Proven sales management expertise in the BFSI sector. - Thorough knowledge of financial goods and services. - Outstanding leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating abilities. - Results-oriented, with a history of reaching or surpassing sales objective - Familiarity with industry rules and compliance needs.
